User Agreement
ConsumerRaters.com is provided to you by
Consumer Raters, LLC. (we or us).
This Visitor Agreement is a binding legal
contract between you and us. Please read
this User Agreement; by using this service
you accept its terms as well as any
additional terms or conditions presented to
you during the course of your use of our
service.
Intended Use:
I understand that ConsumerRaters.com is intended as a tool to help its
users. Further, I recognize that I should never depend on a single tool,
but rather use all tools available to me and then depend only on my own
common sense in making a purchase decision.
I understand that
the list is based entirely on the opinions of
ConsumerRaters.com members, and that we make no
predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed
or implied, about the quality of any of the work
a service provider may provide; nor is
ConsumerRaters.com under any duty to investigate
the quality of work performed by a service
company on the web site.
I understand that we do not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that
might result from any statements presented on the list.
Finally, I understand that all statements concerning insurance,
licenses, etc. are informational only, and are self-reported by the
business. Since insurance and licenses can expire and can be cancelled,
I should always check such information for myself.
Sharing Information:
Information on the list is for my use only. I will not share the
information on the list with non-members or service providers.
Submitting Reviews:
I will only report on my actual first-hand experiences with service
providers.
I
will report only on a service experience that I have had within twelve
months of the job completion.
I
will not submit more than one report on a service company per six-month
period.
I
confirm that I do not work for, am not in competition with, or am a
family member of the service providers for which I submit reviews.
I understand that my name and report
information may be made available to the
companies on which I report.
Finally:
I acknowledge that the Internet is an evolving
medium. Therefore, we reserve the right to add,
delete or modify any of the aspects of the User
Agreement at any time. All changes to the
ConsumerRaters.com User Agreement will be posted
on the Web site at
www.consumerraters.com.
